Pina Colada

A Piņa Colada is a sweet cocktail. The term refers to the Spanish word for pineapple (Piņa) and colada, which refers to the act of straining the pulp or mash through a sieve. A non-alcoholic version is known as the Virgin Pina Colada.

to make Pina Colada:

1 part coconut milk (or part coconut milk, part cream)
1 part white rum
2 parts unsweetened pineapple juice

shake with ice, 
strain into a chilled glass
