Eggnog

Ingredients
2 oz light rum OR brandy
6 oz milk OR cream
1 tsp fine sugar
1 whole egg
grated nutmeg

Shake all ingredients (except nutmeg) with ice,
strain into a collins glass.
Sprinkle nutmeg on top and serve.
